Film Barriera

I film barriera sviluppati da PROCHIMIR sono a base di poliolefine, di TPU, di CoPES o di CoPA.
Apportano delle proprietà d’impermeabilità ai fluidi industriali o corporali e all’acqua. Permettono inoltre di proteggere contro la polvere, le perforazioni o gli urti, giocano il ruolo d’isolanti o d’oscuranti.

Attraverso il controllo della tensione superficiale, i film barriera PROCHIMIR possono essere stampati, spalmati, schiumati o ancora alluminizzati.

Saldabili HF, i film TPU sono un’alternativa senza cloro e senza ftalati al PVC per gli articoli gonfiabili (bladders, inflate, palloni, vesciche).

I film barriera sono anche coestrusi al fine d’aggiungere uno o due strati di colla. Questo permette d’applicarli direttamente ad una superfricie o d’incorporarli in un complesso.

Al di là della geometria su misura, PROCHIMIR propone una moltitudine d’opzioni : Trattamento Corona, Colori, Aspetto superficiale, Ritardante di fiamma, Skin contact, Resistenza UV, Contatto alimentare…
